Commencement

The 115th Commencement Ceremony will take place on Friday, May 22 at 11am EDT.

As President Woetzel shared in a letter to the community earlier this month, Juilliard’s 115th Commencement ceremony will be an online, virtual gathering.

In order that we may preserve our traditions as we confer the various degrees, honor each graduate’s achievements, and meaningfully celebrate the Class of 2020, our virtual commencement will take place in two parts.

The main Commencement ceremony will take place on Friday, May 22, and will be streamed publicly at une-reduc.com/live欧洲杯 投注. Please tune in at 10:25am EDT when we start the broadcast, which includes a pre-show slideshow of the graduating class and congratulatory notes from the Juilliard community.

欧洲杯 投注As part of the main ceremony, we are thrilled to announce that cellist and alumnus Yo-Yo Ma will join us in honoring the graduating class and participate in a conversation with President Woetzel. The main program will begin at 11am EDT and will also include conferral of degrees in groups by type of degree, artistic interludes, and celebratory remarks by the school leadership.

欧洲杯 投注In addition to this main Commencement ceremony, there will be several more intimate virtual gatherings organized by the divisions/departments, at which each graduate’s name will be announced as an integral part of the 2020 virtual Commencement.
